VEDAN Vietnam has been developing the new “frozen food” category and will launch products at the end of May, bringing delicacies from around the world to serve consumers.
According to the perception of the company’s frozen food business development team: “French cuisines often pursue local ingredients. Many famous French restaurants use meat, seafood, fruits & vegetables, as well as other ingredients found locally; and they take pride in the localization of these ingredients on each of their dishes”. Therefore, one of the concepts of frozen food promoted by our VEDAN is using local ingredients to create distinguishing features of Vietnamese delicacies. For example, the “VEDAN Sichuan Sauerkraut Fish”, which is made from the world’s leading export product – Pangasius Fillet, combined with Vietnamese rice noodles… and the soup base is stewed from sea bass bones. It is our honor to combine famous delicacies with local ingredients. Recently, ingredients such as Cốm dẹp (flat green rice) ⋯ have also been incorporated into new products, reflecting the exquisiteness of Vietnam’s food culture.
The most convenient and delicious dish around the world is “hotpot”. In the first wave of VEDAN frozen products on the market, you can find 2 kinds of VEDAN Golden Golden Fish Balls, including Original Flavor (without filling), and Salted Egg Yolk Stuffing, which perfectly presents the best flavor of golden fish ballswhen serving with hotpot.VEDAN Golden Golden Fish Balls (Cá viên hoàng kim) are carefully selected from the finest fish paste from the ocean (golden threadfin bream fish). After frying using technological techniques, it can completely preserve the original taste of delicious seafood, savory flavor, & chewiness of fish meat.
