On the morning of June 2, at Duong Tu Giang Park (Bien Hoa City), Vedan Vietnam coordinated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province and local agencies to organize the launching ceremony of “Green Dong Nai Week” and respond to World Environment Day 2024.
As one of the FDI enterprises that has always been associated with and accompanied the “Green Dong Nai Week” from the first years until now, in 2024, Vedan Vietnam continues to contribute nearly 80 million VND to join hands with the activity “Exchanging waste for necessities” with the company’s products such as: Spicy noodle snacks, seasoning powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, sponge cake, sunflower seeds… the activity has attracted many participants, contributing to raising awareness of environmental protection for the people. In addition, Vedan also donated 200 Rosewood trees to the program, contributing to adding strength to the theme “Soil restoration, drought and desertification prevention” in 2024.
Implementing the policy of “Love the environment – Long-term business”. For many years, Vedan Vietnam has regularly organized propaganda and education sessions to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of plastic waste; encouraged employees to classify waste, limit the use of plastic waste and replace plastic bags with environmentally friendly products in daily life. At the same time, coordinate with functional agencies to organize activities to collect and treat plastic waste in the area. In addition, the company also implements many programs to plant trees, protect water resources, develop renewable energy, etc.

Taking advantage of international standards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as a guideline, Vedan Vietnam constantly improves production processes, applies advanced technology to minimize environmental impacts.
