The program was held on September 27, 2022 with the theme ” Tea party ” guided by Chef Luong Tu Tien and Cake Kitchen Club of Saigon Professional Chefs Association.
The decoration of Teabreak party is following a new style, not only Europeans cakes, cold cakes but also Vietnamese cakes such as banh beo, banh duc, along wirh harmonious and attractive layout create a luxury and cozy space.
Besides the workshop, there are also 2 savory cake recipes specially made and served for teabreak party only: these are the mini burger , a mini-sized hamburger which is processed into cute small shapes, and the Pizza Baguette with bread bottom layer and pizza top layer, served with Vedan chili sauce and Vedan tomato ketchup to create a unique flavour for the dish.
